Dr Emma Giblin MFOM MBBS BSc FRCR PGCert MedEd FHEA
One of the most highly qualified (and an award winning) Occupational Health Physician, Dr. Emma Giblin, has joined our expert team of occupational health doctors.
Dr Giblin is an accomplished Occupational Health Physician with a successful background in radiology (as a Fellow of the Royal College of Radiologists), medical education and leadership.
As well as her work with Occupational Health Assessment Ltd, Emma also practises with another independent occupational health provider. She brings over 20 years of clinical experience and a deep understanding of how health, wellbeing and performance intersect in the workplace.
Emma began her medical career at Guy’s, King’s & St Thomas’ School of Medicine before specialising in radiology and later completing advanced training in occupational medicine at St Thomas’ Hospital, London.
A Fellow of the Royal College of Radiologists and Member of the Faculty of Occupational Medicine, she has also earned additional postgraduate qualifications in Medical Education and Occupational & Environmental Medicine.
Her previous roles include Medical Directorships and as Occupational Health Physician at University College London, where she provided clinical leadership and helped develop competency-based training programmes for multidisciplinary teams.
Emma’s professional interests span fatigue, mental health and musculoskeletal conditions at work. She has presented widely, published peer-reviewed research and won multiple awards from the Society and Faculty of Occupational Medicine.
Passionate about education, she continues to teach and mentor healthcare professionals, while promoting evidence-based occupational health practice.
