With the election imminent, Matt Jenkin, Employment partner at Herrington Carmichael, will look at the manifesto promises of the major parties in relation to employment law issues. Matt will also consider ongoing employment law changes including the new positive duty on employers to prevent sexual harassment in the workplace, and the reform of fit notes.  A must attend session for all delegates.
