Eliciting accurate and reliable information from candidates during an interview can be incredibly difficult. In conversation with Magnus Kauders, Dr Alison Callwood will share her expertise and insights into how to apply multiple mini-interview (used in acute care settings) principles to recruitment, to drive interviews that are fair, responsive to neurodivergence, inclusive and efficient.

Leading Employment Law expert Emily Yeardley will consider disability discrimination, in particular whether stress can be considered a disability under the Employment Act 2010.
