Welcome to 2026

Welcome back!

The start of a new year brings new challenges for employers and their HR teams, and the Occupational Health Assessment Limited team have hit the ground running to help guide you through the challenges in the months ahead.  So welcome back to our website and let’s take a look at what we have in store for our followers, clients and contacts in 2026.

Quarterly webinars

Back by popular demand will be our quarterly webinar programme.  These popular events cover a wide range of topical HR, employment law and occupational health related themes.  Our webinars have been hugely successful and delegate feedback (please see this recent post which includes delegate testimonials) has been overwhelmingly positive.

Our next webinar and booking details will be announced soon here on the Occupational Health Assessment Limited news pages.

Press commentary

The team will continue to appear in press commentary on a wide range of themes of importance to our clients and industry.  We round up just some of these features from time-to-time here on the Occupational Health Assessment Limited website.  This post provides a useful indicator of just some of the titles we appear in and the wide range of our commentary themes over any given period.

In depth articles

Aside from our press commentary, the team also provide in-depth insights on a range of important topics.  Magnus Kauders, Managing Director at Occupational Health Assessment Limited, regularly comments on key tribunal claims. Magnus also provides useful guides such as this one identifying the top tips to help you make the right decisions when buying occupational health services.

And our Brand Ambassador, Steve Herbert, continues to pen his monthly HR column (now in its 8th year) for the Employer News website. Steve also regularly contributes articles to many other HR facing publications.

Guest speaking and podcast appearances

Lastly, but certainly not least, Magnus and Steve have already been announced as guest speakers at several events in the first quarter of 2026.

On the 21st January Magnus will be speaking at this HR Leaders Forum in Oxford, whilst Steve has already been announced as a guest speaker for our friends at The Surrey & Sussex HR Forum in the first of their Guildford events for 2026.

Lastly, Steve Herbert will continue to co-host the podcast for Benefits Expert Magazine once the rebrand to the new title of HR & Benefits Magazine is complete.  Links to podcast episodes will be included here on the website as relevant to our audience.

To sum up, the Occupational Health Assessment Limited team will continue to do our bit to help guide HR teams, our clients and followers through the challenges of a rapidly changing world in 2026 and beyond.  We hope you can join us on the journey.
